About Humby Law.

Daniel Humby is a qualified lawyer specializing in criminal defence in Southern Ontario, including Chatham, Windsor, Sarnia, London, and surrounding areas.

Passionate about supporting local communities, Daniel takes a personalized approach to every client with an understanding that every case can have a significant impact on the lives on the person charged and those around them.

Daniel has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. He also has extensive experience working with youth offenders, Gladue principles, and mental health cases.

Daniel completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto before attending law school at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. Before opening Humby Law, he completed his articles and held the role of Junior Associate with the Law Office of Patricia Brown.

Daniel is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association.
